The floorboards are then cut at an angle ranging from 30° to 55° degrees depending on the request to create chevron-shaped spikes that join together, the most prestige angle is 45°. The wood species that can be used for a Chevron parquet are Oak, Acacia, Merbau, Doussié, Teak, Walnut, Jatoba, Ipé, Wengé.
