Campagne grade is the traditional option, defined by the following criteria:
Limitless filled and partially open knots in size and number. Limited wormholes. Pierced and crossed knots allowed. Colour variations, discolourations, cracks and splits allowed. Limited splits in end’s strips. Sapwood allowed.
Finished parquet = Filled knots.
No bevels unfinished parquet = Unfilled and unsanded knots.
4 beveks unfinished parquet = Filled and unsanded knots.
